We have adopted a "vertical nursery" approach. Instead of broad, shallow engagement, we identify a specific cohort of students and work with them over an extended period—often years.
This continuity allows us to shape habits, instill rigorous thinking markers, and track development in a way that sporadic workshops cannot.
